Pretty Gift Shop Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns for Standard (Non-Customized) Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with a standard (non-personalized) item, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Policy on Customized & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized products (e.g., mugs, t-shirts) with a specific name, design, or photo. These are made-to-order specifically for you and cannot be resold.
We will only accept returns or offer replacements for customized items in the following situations:
The item you received is defective (e.g., print error, manufacturing flaw).
The item you received is different from what you ordered.
The item was damaged during shipping.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue
To start a return or report a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery at support@prettygiftshop.com. Include your order number and photos/videos of the issue (e.g., the defect, the damage).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (for standard items) or your claim is validated (for defective/damaged custom items), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size for a standard item, you must return the original and place a new order.
